Life Makers Egypt Foundation seeks to reduce poverty rates in Egypt by providing micro-projects for the poorest families. The Foundation works to identify the specific needs of each case and prioritize the required intervention, according to international standards and best practices used in the graduation model. We divided the poor families into three categories: (below the national poverty line - the extreme poverty line - the poorest). Small projects are provided as a non-refundable grant in favor of eligible families in 21 Egyptian governorates. We follow up on this family - periodically - to ensure its success in managing the project. Over 5 years, we have implemented more than 4,500 micro-projects for the poorest families.
The average cost of the project is 30000 EGP
